How the pros report the potential sale of their newspaper

With relentless, well-sourced, astute reporting. That's what the Philadelphia Inquirer, in the same situation as the TL, has been doing. To bad the readers in Wilkes-Barre aren't enjoying similar reporting.

Too bad for the W-B readers, huh? Don't be so ignorant. People are talking to DiStefano. Nobody's talking to the TL (or the CV) for that matter. That's a big reason why you're seeing so much crap in the TL and CV sale stories. People have a lot more to say about the Philly papers than they do about the situation in W-B. That could change if the TL is one of the last papers standing.

When you say one of the last papers standing, do you mean surviving the CV or do you mean one of the last rump KR newspapers?
