Former TLer Kevin Hoffman to take over Twin Cities alt-weekly

This is a little late, but former Times Leader reporter Kevin Hoffman has been named editor of City Pages, the Village Voice Media-owned alternative weekly in Minneapolis-St. Paul. Kudos.
