I love when the dinner falls on a Friday and being Lent the Bishop grants a special dispensation to eat meat at their dinner because corned beef goes better with a case of scotch than fish does. "We sacrifice and reflect on the meaning of Lent on Fridays during the Holy season...unless it gets in the way of our annual sons of the old sod boozefest. Hey, the Bishop knows what side the bread is buttered on."
