It's go time: Scranton Times shield-law appeal to be heard March 16

That is going to be one interesting Pennsylvania Superior Court appeal. The Times, which is up to its eyeballs in a shady and very probably false story that anonymously attacked two (now former) county commissioners, says it doesn't have to tell the name of its source.
