John Baldino's first task: find out why the Times Leader loves oversized, grossly pixelated mugs like the one of Baldino run on Sunday.

It's a little known fact that Dunmore was the birthplace of the "Internets."

what was he thinking? WNEP is the by far the best media to work for in this town and he went to the Times Leader, a newspaper with a not so bright future. I hope he milks it and moves on to bigger things before its too late.

So, what does this mean for Soprano? Is he still working online, or is he back in the newsroom?

WNEP used to be the best media place. Not so sure with the ownership change. Some positions were eliminated. Others are vacant, including news director.

WNEP didn't even send a reporter to the fumes and cheerleaders story in Scranton the night it happened. A WBRE reporter was live from the scene.

Looks as though John Baldino wasn't too sure about the future of channel 16.
