Jennifer Henn and Judith Miller in the same paragraph
That's according to "The Epoch Times," an "independent newspaper." An anonymously-sourced story by Henn in the Scranton Times-Tribune led to a civil court order demanding that she divulge her source. The case is on appeal.

If she broke the law, she should go to jail. Besides, the TT almost never runs stories based on anonymous sources. John Murphy was asleep at the wheel.
She didn't "break the law."
Because we have a First Amendment, there is no law telling you that you can't print an anonymous source, or anything else, for that matter.
Get a clue what you're talking about before you post nonsense.
