Borys Krawczeniuk story makes The Drudge Report
MUST CREDIT NEPAMEDIA: Borys Krawczeniuk's Scranton Times-Tribune story about the prisoner who had her baby at the Lackawanna County Prison -- and the guard who used her finger nails to cut the umbilical cord -- made the Drudge Report. Not exactly top billing, but still noteworthy. Kudos.

The story reavhed Drudge because Corbett wrote about the matter and talked about the matter on the air and gave credit to Borys for breaking the story. Now where is the Times Leader and the Voice in this major issue?
You're saying Matt Drudge listens to WILK? Is that on 910, 980, 1300, or NEW on 103.7 FM?
Why would the TL report on Lackawanna County?
Come on folks this story is much larger than just Lackawanna County, this is a national news story with questions that must be answered by those in charge.
Remember if it happened in Scranton, it could happen anywhere!
Where is the Scranton Times on this story, or for that fact WNEP, The I-Team or all the rest.
If is wasn't for WILK taking about this, it would have just faded away.....

Thanks, Corbett. Always good hearing from you.
You better listen!
What is 9:21 AM talking about? The Times broke the story, isn't that the point of the thread?
Good for the Times and Boris. I hope they keep it up and hold the county's feet to the fire.
I know when Corbett logged in cause theres an electronic slime trail....no really there is..and please, please, sweet Jehovah no more shirtless photos...
It also made TMZ.com.
A Corbett listener alerted Drudge. Got your attention, too, huh? Just like always.
I never thoght I'd say this but WIlK News Radio coverage on this story has shown the new media advantage to thorough reporting and analysis on air and online. Say no more.
This is the ONLY place where "Lackawanna County Prison birth" and "WILK" have been mentioned in the same place.
Frankly, this is the only place where it matters. Borys broke the story and snagged the interview with the mother. But WILK drove the coverage. Good job.
"Drove the coverage?"
Not to minimize WILK's contribution -- it helped keep the public aware of the issue. But are you seriously suggesting that the editors at the T-T told Borys to stay on the story because it was what WILK was talking about?
Dream on.
