Only in NEPA: Folks confuse Stacy Brown with Al Roker
We've been meaning to pass this along, but Electric City noted a couple weeks ago that during the Office convention people had a hard time keeping Times-Tribune reporter Stacy Brown and NBC Today weatherman Al Roker straight. Classic.
I always used to confuse Al Pacino and The Wiz.
ReplyDeleteGuess they figured there were no other black men in the city. Like the joke about a black man walking into a store in Green Bay, Wisconsin and automatically being asked "What position do you play?"

A Citizens Voice reporter once spent 5 mintues interviewing a Red Barons player about a big hit he got that night before he realized he was talking to the wrong one of the two black outfielders on the team.
