"Web-master" Mark Sowers spent "days, nights and weekends" working on the changes, TL exec John Baldino (oops) (not Tom) (pictured) said. Changes include a) blue headlines, b) police briefs and c) the ability to comment on stories. That is certainly a handsome shade of blue.
