Steve Mocarsky writes about civil service scores and hiring practices at the Hazleton Police Department -- information the paper went to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to get. Kudos to the effort.
Steve was always one of the nicer guys there. Definitely way more down to earth than most of those reporters who walk around with sticks up their asses.
