Dave's wine column is very knowlegeable and even though I don't drink wine very much he gives enough background to help decide what wine to choose. It's well written.
You and most of the women in NEPA. That's why he's the man, the Polish Piston, the Lackawanna Lothario, the wine-swilling wizard of whoopie, Dave Falchek.
Ya' know, it's actually a pretty good read and I know nothing about, nor do I like wine. Nice work Dave.
ReplyDeleteThe wine column is just another lame and pompous attempt by management and a dull reporter to be something that the paper is not - sophisticated.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a wine drinker either, really, but there's more out there than you think. Falchek comes across as breezy and knowledgeable. It's a good read.
