The "Time Leader" of Wilkes-Barre has signed up with Clickability, a California content management system vendor that will allow the paper to shed its Knight Ridder look. If this is anything like the T-T "upgrade," look for a Web site out of 2003 or so.

TL to upgrade Web site
The "Time Leader" of Wilkes-Barre has signed up with Clickability, a California content management system vendor that will allow the paper to shed its Knight Ridder look. If this is anything like the T-T "upgrade," look for a Web site out of 2003 or so.
Maybe they can start the upgrade by having someone start work before noon and quit pretending that loitering is breaking news.
